We currently have screen and balustrade projects underway in 3 isolated areas outside our South East Queensland base at Yatala.
The areas were are servicing at the moment are:
- Port Headland WA
- Wandoan QLD
- Gladstone QLD
Port Headland in Western Australia is the most challenging as it is the most isolated area, the job is further complicated by the size of the large Aluminium Screens we are installing out there. The product will be manufactured, packaged and shipped by rail to Perth then transported by road transport up the West Coast to Port Headland. We will then fly our tradesmen to Port Headland to complete the installation component of the project.
Wandoan which is out past Miles in Queensland’s Surat Basin, is only a 6 hour drive from Yatala so it is not logistically as difficult but it is still imperative that we get it right the first time around, after all, who wants to drive back to Brisbane because we forgot something? The products installed at Wandoan are aluminium balustrade and aluminium privacy screens.
Gladstone is 6 hours up the Coast from Yatala, we are installing Vertical Aluminium Air Conditioning Ventilation Screens, we will ship the product up there by road transport and then fly our installation team up to Gladstone to complete the project.
Over the past 3 years we have specialised in this type of work, there are many checks and balances, it takes a lot of planning to ensure a seamless transition from manufacturing and Powder Coating in our factory to the final installation and that is something that Aaromat partner Wayne May and Aaromat Project Manager Steve Eagle specialise in.
At the end of the day we are dealing with companies that are under a lot of pressure to perform, we understand the pressure they are under so our job is to make sure we don’t add to that pressure.
